This last week was filled with a TON of service. We went to chop the grass/weeds at two member's houses and we also went to another Non-member's house to move dirt. I don't know if this is common but in Utah the neighbors would order a big truck of dirt and then use it for their flowerbeds. If that sounds familiar good if not well just imagine a big mountain of dirt. So now that you have that picture in your mind just imagine moving it in about 3 hours. We were working like there was no tomorrow!! There was one wheelbarrow, 2 5 gallon buckets and 4 shovels with 4 missionaries. I don't know why but this dirt weighed a ton and man was it a good workout. We moved it to a room in their house because when it rains it floods the room so they had us put dirt...... In my opinion that's just gonna make a mess because now they're gonna have a ton of mud. Hopefully they put concrete on top! The next day my whole body was sore. I haven't had my entire body be that sore in my entire life like imagine doing a hardcore workout that includes all muscles and then the next day not being able to get out of bed. Service is hard but man does it feel good. Shout out to my young mens leaders for makings us do a ton of service.
We had an appointment with our buddy Geovanny and he's such a STUD! He's super humble and obedient and determined to keep the commandments and learn about the gospel. He has a baptismal date for the 21st of April or this weekend. My companion and I are super excited for him.
I'm loving it here in good ole San Pedro Sula. Honestly it's not as dangerous as they make it sound. Well for missionaries no but I'm not sure about normal civilians. But yeah don't worry about my safety here ;) Thank you for your prayers and love. I have felt them everyday
