Not much happened this week. Oh ya this is my last Pday at the CCM and then next week I'll be shipped off to San Pedro!!! Man I am pumped to share this great message with everyone I see. During our devotional from the area 70, his wife shared a story about how the missionaries were walking down the street and they were just smiling talking to the people and then a woman on a bus saw that they were so happy and wanted to have that same happiness. So she found a way to find the missionaries and find out the happiness that they had. She took all the lessons and was baptized. All because the missionaries were smiling. Hopefully I can have a smile of my face everyday, even when times are rough, so I can help others receive the happiness that I have through the gospel.
This week I have had a eye opening experience with the spirit. I won't go into details but what I learned from this experience is that the spirit needs to constantly be in our lives. Even if we aren't learning anything spiritual or gospel related, just having the spirit in our lives brings peace and comfort. Missions and life is hard but the spirit will bring the love of God into our lives and help us be happy.
During a district meeting we had earlier this week one of the Elders shared a quote that I love and would like to bless your lives with:
"Don't give up when everybody wouldn't blame you for giving up"
Man I just got chills writing it! Keep going. Keep growing. Keep loving!
